My two favorite sections of the two DVD’s include “The Hitmakers” which include sections on girl groups such as The Shirelles and The Ronettes, Tommy James and the Shondells, The Monkees, The Archies, Phil Spector, and others that will be familiar to you. My other favorite section is that of “Leiber and Stoller” and the songs that they wrote for such groups as The Drifters and The Coasters. The sections on Bobby Darin, Neil Sedaka, Burt Bacharach are also worthy additions. The section on the Brill Building songwriters entitled “The Hitmakers: The Teens Who Stole Pop Music” alone is worth the price of this set. I plan on using parts of these DVD’s in my after-school music class with middle school students. I have also purchased extra copies to give for friends.

I bought this to add storage to a Wii. It’s compatible and offers a lot of additional space for purchased games.
A Collection of Poems

I found the book a little hard to get into at first, but once it got going I couldn’t put it down. I found myself wondering what was going to happen next. I have a newborn and I put myself through a huge lack of sleep by staying up one night to finish it. I highly recommend reading it, and if you find yourself having a hard time after the first 1/4, please continue. You’ll be surprised by where the book takes you.

To be absolutely honest, I have not owned a pedometer before other than inexpensive freebies. This time I was looking for a good one, and I did a lot of research before buying the Omron. It has more functions than most pedometers in this price range. It measures regular movement and aerobic movement separately which I like and resets itself every night at midnight. With a 7-day memory you can see your totals for a full week. I compared it to the quality strength training machines in the gym and the totals on distance and calories burned were very similar. I bought an extra strap because the strap that comes with the Omron has a plastic attachment, and I prefer metal. However, the strap I bought broke the first time I used it. So now I’m using the strap that comes with the Omron pedometer and have had no trouble with it. I would recommend this pedometer to my friends with confidence. I doubt you’ll find a better one at this price point or even up to $15-20 more.

I purchased the Wii along with the Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board. The Wii by it self provided so much fun with the games that come with it. I love my
Wii and so does my family. Everyone that plays with the Wii have nothing but positive things to say about it.In this day and time, when the economy is down and money is tight for families to go out for activities, a Wii for the family more than pays for itself with all kind of saving as well as piece of mind, keeping your children home providing entertainment and safety. This is a well thought of product, not to mention the exercise you get in playing the Wii.
