i bought this item to extend my shooting range on my nikon d100 – the longest lens i have is a 300mm. the 2X converter didn’t fit my nikkor 300mm, my tamron 28-80mm or my nikon 105.

Take Teleconverter 1 APO Sigma
I bought this teleconverter for use with the Sigma 150mm f/2.8 macro. Using it bumps me up to a 210mm. It performs nicely, gives me a little more reach and with the f/2.8 of the lens I’m using it with the loss of a stop is not really that bad. It seems so far to be a solid piece of equipment that functions as advertised. I have no complaints.
